I get inspired by people who are considered as unable to do big things in the society,becoming socially prominent by touching people's hearts.This builds me a sense of 'I can' and in return I set goals to touch other people's hearts by sharing the small i have.And as for today I am really inspired by Oprah. Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. I remember stating in a past survey that TIG is an unending miracle in my life; and I still stand by my words. TIG has done so much for me and my community by extension and I believe it is still doing more. I am very grateful.
